Prince Charles related to Vlad the Impaler, aka 'Dracula' ... and Robert Pattinson

Prince Charles, the first in line to the UK throne, and Robert Pattinson of the "Twilight" vampire films have more in common besides their British heritage.

They're both related to Vlad the Impaler, a 15th-Century Romanian warlord said to have inspired Bram Stoker's iconic 1897 vampire novel, "Dracula."
Charles, 62, talks abouts his heritage in the UK series "Wild Carpathia," which is set to air in on the international Travel Channel in several European countries on October 30. The program promotes the preservation of forests in the Transylvania region of Romania.

In fact, according to the charming Mr Moyer, the only time that he and his Kiwi-born wife actually get to spend any quality time together, is when they are on the True Blood set watching the other one in an undead sex scene with a co-star. And often while covered in sticky fake blood.
The Essex-born actor, who has become an international pin-up as southern gentleman vampire Bill Compton, is excited that he’s finally about to return to his day job on the HBO show after another busy, globe-trotting summer and autumn.

Original 'Dracula' still brings chills
