True Blood Christmas carols- We Three Vamps

(sung to "We Three Kings")

We three Vamps of Bon Temps are

Bearing fangs we traverse afar.
Swamp and gators, pickups and rednecks,
Following yonder plasma.

Chorus
O plasma of wonder, plasma of night,
plasma with red beauty bright,
Southward leading, still proceeding,
Guide us to thy perfect bite.

Born a Vamp in Bon Temp's grave,
Jessica I bring to Bill to make,
Vamp forever, dying never
Over us all to nag.

Love for Sookie to offer have I.
Bill keeps a secret nigh.
Sex and praising all night crazing,
Emotions run on high.

TruBlood is mine: Its bitter perfume
Breaths a life of gathering gloom.
Sorrowing, sighing, yet never dying,
Sleeping in the stone-cold tomb.

Nightime now behold Him arise,
Suffering long and Sacrifice.
I'll protect you! I'll protect you!
Sounds through the dark and cries.

Chorus
O plasma of wonder, plasma of night,
plasma with red beauty bright,
Southward leading, still proceeding,
Guide us to thy perfect bite.

HBO More than just Boxing... It's True Blood!

I'm going to post this so we get a little taste from MALE True Blood fandom , this is from a Boxing site.

~~

For the longest time HBO meant nothing to me except Boxing. I had a subscription to the cable giant for the sole purpose of watching HBO's Boxing events. That all changed this year. It all changed with a new show called "True Blood".

Thanks to "True Blood", I now have another reason to tune into HBO. Here is an excerpt from wikipedia detailing the show: From wikipedia: The show True Blood details the co-existence of vampires and humans in Bon Temps, a fictional small Louisiana town. The series centers on Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress at a bar, who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).

The show is full of fast paced story lines, humor, horror, sex and cliff hanger endings. Since it's September 7th debut, each week has shown an improvement in ratings. HBO has hit gold with this new series. The series finale aired this past Sunday, but HBO has already announced Season Two will start this coming summer.

Anna Paquin of X-men fame is absolutely riveting. Her acting is amongst the best you'll find anywhere on any t.v. show or movie for that matter. Watching her on week to week basis wearing a tight white t-shirt is hot to say the least, and by the time Paquin has her breasts exposed... I was already sold on the show. (Yes, men of great taste... Paquin's fully exposed breasts are shown off in the first season.... and I am telling you, they are beyond perfect!) Might I just say that Paquin's perfect breasts are easily worth a year's subscription to HBO.

The show is amazing, and HBO is promising to put the first Season out on DVD before Season Two starts next summer. I'd love to tell you more about the show, but I want to ruin none of the surprises. If you weren't fortunate to catch Season One on HBO... stay tuned for the DVD release. You want some great entertainment; HBO delivers the goods with this new series. And yes I believe this series will put the Sopranos to sleep with the Fishes.

'Dark Shadows' with Johnny Depp filming London summer '09

In an interview with Collider.com, producer Richard Zanuck confirmed that Depp is teaming up with Tim Burton in summer 2009 to film Dark Shadows in London.

Depp will be about the same age (46) actor Jonathan Frid was as Barnabas, but that’s probably where the similarity ends, except for superficial trappings like the onyx ring, the Inverness cape, the wolf’s head cane.

Depp will undoubtedly make Barnabas suave, sexy, and irresistible. A mysterious, mature Don Juan DeMarco – with fangs.

It’s all about the bad boy vampire swexiness

I think you guys will like what ohthatgirl blogs today about Alex/Eric including linking to "the milkshake song " and coining the new term swexiness- that's just right for Alex/Eric.

I’ve been having a quiet internal debate if I am infatuated with Alexander Skarsgård, the character he plays on "True Blood", Eric Northman, or the book version of the character the HBO series is based upon.

I have a thing for tall, athletically built former Marines (I’m married to one after all) so Alex is definitely my type. After watching him in “Generation Kill” today I can honestly say, it’s a toss up, Alexander is fine but...Eric is my Edward. *swoon*

It’s all about the bad boy vampire swexiness (equal combo of swagger and sex appeal) but I like a man that’s down to earth and doesn’t take himself too seriously...it brings all the girls to the yard.

The debate wages on.http://whatthatgirlblogs.blogspot.com/2008/12/eeny-meany.html
