'True Blood' star Alexander Skarsgard reveals he used to be an anti-terrorist marine in Sweden

These days Alexander Skarsgard often uses his teeth as weapons, but he is much more comfortable with your garden variety guns and ammo.

Long before he became known as the evil head vampire Eric in 'True Blood,' SKarsgard was an anti-terrorist marine in his home country of Sweden, London's Telegraph reports.

The 33-year-old actor grew up in Stockholm as the son of famous actor Stellan Skarsgard. As he grew up, he says he wanted the challenge of a hard life.

At 19, he enrolled in Sweden's national service where he practised battle tactics, combat and anti-sabotage assaults

Well i knew when he said he was an
anti-terrorist marine that he would have been in special opps.here does
not surprise me in the least i am sure he could do what he learned if
he had to.
