Everything we know about Dead and Gone is HERE

SHIP DATE IS MAY 5TH !!!

Synopsis

For Sookie Stackhouse, the day to day activities of the vampire and were communities in and around Bon Temps, Louisiana, are of vital interest, She's blood-bound to the leader of the vamps, a friend to the local were pack, works for a man who is shifter, and has a brother who is a were-panther…

But for most of the humans in Bon Temps, the vamps are mysterious seductive creatures-and they don't even know about the weres.

Until now. The weres and shifters have finally decided to follow the lead of the undead and reveal their existence to the ordinary world.

At first it seems to go well. Then the mutilated body of a were-panther is found in the parking lot of the bar where Sookie works. The victim is someone she knows, so she feels compelled to discover who-human or otherwise-did the deed.

But what she doesn't realize is that there is a far greater danger than the killer threatening Bon Temps. A race of unhuman beings--older, more powerful and far more secretive than vampires or werewolves-- is preparing for war. And Sookie will find herself an all-too human pawn in their battle…

True Blood fashion statement : Green print tie

OK , here ya go another Sookie fashion question.

Who wore this and where ?

True Blood goes to the movies : Anna Paquin stars in Buffalo Soldiers

1989. The Berlin Wall is about to fall, and the world is about to be made safe for the new world order. But outside of Stuttgart, West Germany, at Theodore Roosevelt Army Base, Specialist Ray Elwood of the 317th Supply Battalion is about to find his own cold war turn white hot. Elwood's a lovable rogue, a conscript who's managed to turn his military servitude into a blossoming network of black market deals, more out of boredom than ambition. Officially, there's his day job as battalion secretary to the inept but caring Commander Wallace Berman. On the side, there's everything from selling the locals stolen Mop'N'Glo to cooking heroin for the base's ruthless head of Military Police, Sgt. Saad. When a new top sergeant arrives, with the avowed intention of cleaning the base up, Elwood thinks the new blood is nothing he can't handle, especially after he lays eyes on the top's daughter, rebellious Robyn. But that was before he figured in the $5 million in stolen arms that just landed on his lap, Berman's jealous wife, an insane Turkish drug dealer, and, of course, the resulting lust, betrayal, and murder.

'True Blood' Cast Speak of Second Season

Nelsan Ellis hints on his character's fate, Stephen Moyer on Bill's relationship with Sookie and Rutina Wesley on Sam-Tara complication in 'True Blood' season 2.

It is at least another 4 months before "" begins sucking viewers with its second season, and some the cast are coming out to give an update. E! Online, has been trying to dig clues on the answers to the questions that leave the first season hanging.

One of the things is whether Lafayette really dies. It was seen in the very last scene of "True Blood" season one that a foot, very much like Lafayette's, is lifeless in the back seat of Detective Bellefleur's car. To this, Nelsan Ellis who portrays Lafayette, plays it coy saying "They have to wait and see," when asked whether or not it was the end of the character's fate. Should the writers decide to go by the book it is adapted from, then Lafayette is pretty much dead. When approached further on the possibility of him back filming, Nelsan said, "Absolutely, yeah, I'll come back. I'll take the paycheck."

Another issue that E! asked is whether Sookie and Bill's relationship will be shaken with the presence of Eric. Stephen Moyer said, "I couldn't possibly say. I honestly don't know, but I think that there will be all the conflict that there needs to be to make it a great frisson." There was also the talk about the love-hate relationship between Tara and Sam. Providing the answer was Rutina Wesley who dished, "[Sam and Tara have] a complicated relationship, and Sam still kind of has that little thing for Sookie. But Tara loves her some Sam-so we'll see."

The second season will arrive in either June or July. Meanwhile, the dvd for the first season is gettinga Blu-ray treatment. All 12 episodes will be compiled in 5 discs that include "True Blood Enhanced Viewing", a featurette of how the vampires are made, and introduction to the characters in Bon Temps by Lafayette. Set to be released on May 19, the Blu-Ray edition is suggested for a retail price of 79.98 dollars.

Gap Teeth: The Latest Must-Have Accessory?

Having a gap between your teeth was never as chic as Lauren Hutton would lead you to believe (I speak from experience; my orthodontist put the kabosh on mine at 14). But it seems both of us were ahead of our time. More and more (blessed be!), it seems those hideously super-sized, glow-in-the-dark veneers are being replaced by normal beautifully imperfect canines. French Vogue just devoted a whole issue to the space-invaded Lara Stone, the lovely gap-grinned Georgia Jagger is everywhere, and Hutton herself is holding court in the new J.Crew catalog. Lest we not forget about the other icons of imperfect orthodonture, Jane Birkin, Brigitte Bardot, Anna Paquin, Madge…all beauts who know how to work a good gap.

Shows about vampires... you either love them or hate them. But add Alan Ball (writer of American Beauty, writer and director of Six Feet Under) to the mix and you have an entirely different proposition. Andrew Mercado talks to fellow TV critics Tiffany Dunk (TV Week) and Angus Fontaine (Time Out) about why True Blood is just so bloody amazing.

'Vampire' arrested for threatening teenage 'slayer'

A self-described "vampire" and former fringe political candidate is facing charges for threatening a teenage girl who tried to break off their online relationship by telling him she was a vampire hunter

John Alfred Sharkey, who calls himself the "The Impaler," ran as the Vampyres, Witches and Pagans party candidate for Minnesota governor in 2006.

The 16-year-old girl's complaint claims the pair struck up a friendship in 2007 after she wrote a message of support on his MySpace page. She told police they began dating online, and the threats began when she tried to break off the relationship, according to the Post-Bulleting newspaper.

She told police that "in a desperate attempt" to get him to leave her alone, she had e-mailed him that she was a member of an elite vampire hunter society and that continuing their relationship would put him in danger. Her father told police he talked to Mr Sharkey, 44, but he continued to call the girl and write letters to her parents.

He was charged with felony harassment and two misdemeanors: coercion with a threat to inflict bodily harm and coercion with a threat to expose a secret or disgrace. He is in jail after being unable to raise bail.

Rick Smith, his lawyer, has asked that the charges be dismissed for lack of probable cause.

He was supposed to appear in court in August, but got a delay by saying he had been hurt in a pro wrestling match. He then missed a September hearing and a warrant was issued.

The complaint says Mr Sharkey told a Rochester police sergeant who called him last August that he was a vampire "who needs to drink human blood for strength." It says he referred to the girl as his wife and princess. Last August he also wrote a letter threatening to sue the county attorney's office for wrongful and vindictive prosecution

One-On-One Interview with Actor Todd Lowe of True Blood

Very nice, lengthy interview with Todd Lowe( Terry Bellefluer) from LaSplash. I would note that Terry is a Texas boy, his IMDb says he was born in Houston but grew up in Humble. Remember the "H " is silent !!! Do you think you've never been to Humble?? If you've ever landed at Intercontinental Airport in Houston ( IAH) you've been damn close !

By Jerod Williams
From hindsight, actor Todd Lowe could be categorized as a brooding, laidback guy with not a care in the world. As you get to know him, there’s something really alluring about him. There’s a sense of naiveté that clearly resonates in his demeanor and the way he carries himself. With an extensive theatre background from The University of Texas at Austin under his belt, Lowe has parlayed his craft into the world of television by landing guest starring roles on WALKER: TEXAS RANGER and WITHOUT A TRACE.

Texas native Todd Lowe (TRUE BLOOD) and (GILMORE GIRLS) is Hollywood's latest rising star He’s also not a stranger to film where he can be seen in movies such as: THE PRINCESS DIARIES, WHERE THE HEART IS and REDLINE.

In 2002, Lowe landed a part as a recurring character and a cult following on the WB hit series GILMORE GIRLS as Zack van Gerbig. He found himself acting opposite Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham. Eventually, due to the popularity of his character of Zach, he became a series regular. With the success of the show under his belt, he was able to pursue being a musician. He even got the chance to play guitar and sing on the show as well. Now, Lowe has created quite a buzz as sympathetic yet obscure war vet Terry Bellefleur on Alan Ball's HBO hit vampire series TRUE BLOOD acting opposite Anna Paquin. I had the pleasure of interviewing this charismatic individual who I’ve come to have known for a number of years. What makes Lowe really fascinating is that he is genuinely a great guy with an obscure and funny personality that is infectious. As we were setting up a meeting place for our personal interview, instead of sticking to the original plan of meeting at a local coffee shop in Hollywood, he phones at the last minute to change the meeting place to where he could have a drink. Needless to say, I felt like William Miller did when he chased the band Stillwater in the film ALMOST FAMOUS.
As we chatted over Irish coffee at a local dive bar/restaurant in Silverlake under heat lamps, we reminisced about the good times back in Austin, Texas and caught each other up on mutual friends who have migrated to Los Angeles. Needless to say, the evening was filled with laughs that range from talks about martial arts, to waxing rhetoric and (in true Texan-esque form) lighting cigarettes with space heaters only because there weren’t any available lighters around.

More about Todd's band the Pillbilly Knights?
Lowe is also singer and guitarist for Pilbilly Knights, a country-rock band based in Los Angeles. The band released a compact disc, California Night Club in January 2007.

True Blood: Will Eric Break Up Sookie and Bill?

Could True Blood's love triangle of Sookie Stackhouse, Bill and Eric be heating up?

The Golden Globe-winning HBO drama returns this summer for another round of bloody, bitey Louisiana sexcapades, and everyone is dying to know what's going down in Bon Temps.

How will Sookie cope with news about Bill's newly made and superannoying vampire tootsie Jessica?

What's up with Tara and Sam: Are they friends with benefits, genuine lovers or none of the above?

And most important of all: Is Lafayette dead—or undead?!

Want to know what's to come? We've got answers from the cast about all your burning Q's...

Stephen Moyer, Rutina Wesley, Nelsan Ellis Michael Tran/Getty Images

So will Eric break up Sookie and Bill? Stephen Moyer tells me, "I couldn't possibly say. I honestly don't know, but I think that there will be all the conflict that there needs to be to make it a great frisson."

What about that other third party, Bill's baby-vamp Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll)? Moyer teases, "She is nuts—and fantastic."

As for our other faves, Nelsan Ellis isn't sharing anything about Lafayette's fate, telling fans, "They have to wait and see," but he's definitely up for more Blood if it's offered. Says Nelsan, "Absolutely, yeah, I'll come back. I'll take the paycheck." Indeed, Nelsan's as invested as the rest of us in the question of whether or not Lafayette lives or dies, saying, "I love the fact that people are invested in this story. I like Lafayette, and I like that people like him."

Last but not least, Tara is still struggling to find her way in life. Michelle Forbes' slinky, sneaky maenad is certainly suspicious but Rutina Wesley says she may not be all bad, telling us, "She saved my life, basically." As for Tara's love life, the thing with Sam is not totally off the table: "[Sam and Tara have] a complicated relationship, and Sam still kind of has that little thing for Sookie. But Tara loves her some Sam—so we'll see."

Should Tara and Sam be together? Are you Team Eric or Team Bill? Could you live with a True Blood that didn't have any Lafayette? Post in the comments!

True Blood returns to HBO in June or July for season two.

Anubis Airlines from Club Dead : Bill Compton's coffin is stolen

Bk 3

"As Russell Edgington's people tell it, .. The humans responsible for taking her coffin to the airport took Bill's identical coffin by mistake. When they delivered the coffin to the hangar Anubis Airlines leases, they left it unguarded for perhaps ten minutes while they were filling out paperwork.
During that time-they claim-someone wheeled the coffin, which was on a kind of gurney, out of the back of the hangar, loaded it onto a truck, and drove away."

"Someone who could penetrate Anubis security," I said, doubt heavy in my voice. Anubis Airlines had been established to transport vampires safely both day and night, and their guarantee of heavy security to guard the coffins of sleeping vampires was their big calling card. Of course, vampires don't have to sleep in coffins, but it sure is easy to ship them that way.
There had been unfortunate "accidents" when vampires had tried to fly Delta.
Some fanatic had gotten in the baggage hold and hacked open a couple of coffins with an ax. Northwest had suffered the same problem. Saving money suddenly didn't seem so attractive to the undead, who now flew Anubis almost exclusively.
"I'm thinking that someone could have mingled with Edgington's people, someone the Anubis employees thought was Edgington's, and Edgington's people thought belonged to Anubis. He could have wheeled Bill out as Edgington's people left, and the guards would be none the wiser."

"The Anubis people wouldn't ask to see papers? On a departing coffin?"
'They say they did see papers, Betty Jo Pickard's. She was on her way to Missouri to negotiate a trade agreement with the vampires of St. Louis."
."There was also extra confusion at the time," Pam was saying. "A fire started under the tail of another Anubis plane, and the guards were distracted."
