Is that last one the motel where Andy was staying?
All of these California locations (and their addresses) are found on a "True Blood" website at http://www.seeing-stars.com/TrueBlood
I'm going to let that post stay because I like the page but I usually don't like when other web sites are posted in the comment area.
I have researched many of these locations and traveled to these sites in California and Louisiana MYSELF - of course, they are going to be the same on numerous sites.
