Vampire Wars: Who's the Best Heroine?

What do you think ?

We had an epiphany earlier this week: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Vampire Diaries and True Blood are all the same show (structurally speaking). All three vampire series are about an impossibly attractive and moderately magical heroine from small-town America who must balance the demands of friends and family with her problematic feelings for not one, but two, sexy local vampires: a broody good one with an itchy conscience and a snarky bad one who likes to, um, eat women.

Well when Buffy was on she was the
kick a$$ slayer and always will, but
i don't get to watch Vampire D's so
i can't comment on it,now we have
Sookie and imo she is the heroine
at this time,is very good at what she
does.

I think that Buffy is my all time favorite Heroine... Next season will sell me on if Sookie is or not. Maybe she could save herself??? lol The girl on Vampire D's isn't even close to what I would call a Heroine. Although the show isn't that bad, she just isn't fighting evil yet.

Buffy: Sarah Michelle Gellar studied Tae Kwon Do for five years; she also takes private lessons in gymnastics and kickboxing, boxing; she is knows for being very versatile.

Vampire diaries Elena: Nina Dobrev is a good dancer and also great gymnast but no fighting skills that know off; so far I have enjoy vampires diaries' Especially the last episode how they turned the two brothers vampires.

Sookie: Anna Paquin only action movie have seen is Xmen but she was not involve any fighting and she was not involved the two last Xmen movies. She good gymnast and enjoy boxing and versatile actress like SMG and Best acting skills by far.

Buffy is definetly the best so far.

Buffy gets my vote as well. Her show may no longer be on the air, but she lives on in my DVD sets of all 7 seasons. I only watched VD once, the pilot, and was not impressed enough to come back. And that's saying something for someone who loves vampire stuff.

I watch TB, but really don't see Sookie as a heroine in that series, only as a cast member.

I watch Bones instead also. I, too, have watched it from the beginning because of David Boreanaz. Of course, I watched him from the very first episode of Buffy and for the 5 seasons of Angel.
