Sounds like Calvin Norris is getting completely rewritten, kind of like Stan. And some new characters. Just keep thinking, this is just like fan fic, just like fan fic, just like fan fic.

Now, just keep thinking: Eric will be back, Eric will be back, Eric will be back!

Sharon just think Eric will be NAKED!

I can't wait for naked Eric. I don't know if you can wear out an episode on your DVR, but if so, "I Will Rise Up" is definitely in danger.

My husband hangs out with his TV in another room. All he likes to watch is sports. But he has passed through the living room several times when Sookie and Eric are in bed together (in dream land) and says "are you guys watching that AGAIN". My daughter lives with us and she loves that scene also.

Well he has his own tv but he does not how to close the door and he don't watch a lot of reruns or the shows over either. But he wont miss
T.B.at all when it comes on.

My first thought Calvin would NEVER live in a run down anything - Hotshots isn't a very wealthy neighborhood but he had a good job at the lumber mill and lives in a nice house ....wrong for that character

That's what's bothering me so much about this show. They are changing the characters personalities. I could live with them writing entirely new plots, with new characters, but if they are going to use ones we already know, they need to keep their personality, their history, and even their appearance, as true to the books as possible. That's what they did with Jessica and that worked out pretty well.

I think I tend to agree just make a new character , don't use the names of the book characters if they are going to be so different
!

You only piss off the book fans and the TV show fans don't know or care about names

Maybe it will make since when we get to watch it.

Wow, Calvin Norris lives in a run down trailer? Can't anyone have a little bit of nobility or respect in their character makeup? Calvin in the books is a good, well respected, hard working man or were panther; depending on the moon. ;-)

I think one reason why some people were quick to hate Sophie-ann and the actress that plays her was because of the twisted character that Alan gave her. Sophie-ann was a vampire queen but she still had some digity.

Yet, Crystal's character does not sound like a mean slutty, piece of white trash. I wonder if she will become a wild "nature girl".
