How can you not love this?
Even though Maxine is crazed and under Mary Ann's spell she is still Maxine and she always shows up at every event with a casserole. This is what I think is her casserole surprise for the upcoming Mary Ann nuptial...
Ingredients
1 bag Zaps "Who Dat?" regular flavor potato chips
1 can tuna fish (or you could use shredded crab cooked in Zatarain's crab boil)
3 cups crated mozzarella cheese
Louisiana Gold Green Pepper Sauce With Tabasco Peppers
LOUISIANA Cajun Seasoning
Salt
1 cup shaved coconut
4 Snickers bars
9 x 12 glass casserole
Generously layer the bottom with Zaps "Who Dat?" regular flavor potato chips, then cover chips with grated mozzarella cheese.
Place dollops of tuna fish or crab, garnish with shaved coconut and Snickers bars.
Then liberally douse with Louisiana Gold Green pepper sauce and season to taste with salt and LOUISIANA Cajun Seasoning.
Bake 350 oven for 25 minutes
Serve with Franzia (box ) Chardonnay
Here is your basic Potato Chip Tuna Casserole
How did I do ???

The phrase "enough to gag a maggot" comes to mind.Nothing personal, of course.
You definitely rose to the occasion, Dallas! *applause*

Dallas!applause!
We don't have "Who Dat" chips here in the North East. Can I substitue Cape Cod chips instead? I wonder if the end results would be the same. LOL!
It's even a little hard to find all the Zaps flavors here in NTX and I'm 2 hours Louisiana.
You can buy all the ingredients here
http://www.louisianagifts.net
Prices are pretty good -cute gift baskets. They will ship Boudin sausage.
Zaps are better than Ruffles but they would also do and they look the same.
Thanks D2 I had not idea when I started posting and researching food and meals that are served /eaten in the sookie books and TBS1 that I would be doing Mary ann's souffles and Maxine's casseroles.
