We are really excited that tonight HBO will air Episode 1  (on HBO) and  immediately afterwards you can watch Episode 2 on HBO Go ( on the web, iPad or smart phone) – and we want to give everyone a chance to watch both.

After those 2 episode air it would be way too late ( especially for the east coast folks ) to start a radio show. So- we will wait and talk about both Episodes on July 3rd at 9:30 pm cst. You can listen live on Blogtalk , call-in and join in our fangtastic chatroom, after the Blogtalk Radio show airs live the podcast will be then be available on Blogtalk and on iTunes. The lusty vampires of Bon Temps bite again

Doll-eyed, Brooklyn-born beauty Deborah Ann Woll may be in her fourth year as newbie vampire Jessica on HBO’s wildly popular series “True Blood,” but the role doesn’t necessarily fit like a comfy pair of shoes.
“It’s been intense,” the 26-year-old Woll said recently about playing Jessica this season. “It’s asked me to try things I haven’t really done before, emotionally, physically and psychologically. It’s been really challenging, but great in that way.”
In its quest to show how supernatural powers wreak havoc on human nature, “True Blood” is nothing if not unpredictable. The show already has a dizzying repertory company of vampires, telepaths, shapeshifters, fairies and a werewolf. In this melange, Bible-thumping teenager Jessica’s transformation from Bill’s (Stephen Moyer) petulant vampire ward into a swoony yet feral bloodsucker has been one of the show’s more enjoyable character arcs.

(Clockwise from top) “True Blood” stars Alexander Skarsgard, Deborah Ann Woll, Jessica Tuck, Stephen Moyer and Kristin Bauer van Straten.
“Originally the role developed because we thought, since Bill is a reluctant vampire, it would be fun to have him turn somebody who becomes a bratty stepchild,” says creator/executive producer Alan Ball. “But very quickly it became clear to us all that Jessica’s really special. Then to bring her and Hoyt together was magical, and she’s turned into one of the main characters on the show now. Her presence is so powerful and vital.”

The Sunday Conversation: Sam Trammell

The HBO vampire drama 'True Blood' is embarking on Season 4, in which the actor's character, Sam Merlotte, meets a fellow shape-shifter of considerable allure."True Blood's" fourth season opens Sunday night with Sam Trammell returning to HBO's racy vampire drama as Sam Merlotte, a cafe owner and shape-shifter who can turn into any animal he likes and back again. Offstage, Trammell, 40, is also preparing for his debut as the father of twins with his longtime girlfriend, actress Missy Yager.

Tell me about Sam Merlotte's adventures in the new season. I understand you have a new love interest.
