I know you're right about the Swedish, since I speak it, but why does Bill later in the episode tell Sookie that it was Kambodian?

They are talking about two different things
Sookie is asking what language they are speaking in the song they are listening tom in the car ...

This may be kind of.. late, but I doubt that Pam is swedish. I am swedish and has to read the subtitles to understand her. Her swedish sounds like some wierd mix of swedish, finish and maybe danish. She underlines wierd parts of her phrases.
