Easy, I'll tel you what I think I see:
I see Alcide in wolf way, and the moon, which means, it's the last night Sookie goes to the club...
I see the club too... (the small, on the left)
I see Sookie's drees, the red one
I see Debbie's fiancé, the owl (he was an owl, isn't he?)
And of course, I see Bill, but I think that means the desire of Sookie, to find him alive, regardless what he've done...
I love how the artist let's us know that it's winter by the snow in the painting, even though it doesn't snow in Mississippi. Also the snow is different around Sookie and Bill possibly showing magic. Two other things I noticed is the 'tall' building in the background possibly Alcide's apartment building. Doesn't Sookie say it's one of the tallest buildings in the area. Finally on the left is the woods they buried the body of the werewolf they found in the closet.

The light showing under the awning looks a little like the magic sidewalk, the moon is full which does happen the 2nd night she goes to Club dead (or Josephine's ) good call on the apartment bldg maybe the big house is Russell Edgington.
