Write your own 'True Blood' episode!

If you do this at EW also post a copy here !

Sookie and I will will read some of them on the radio show Sunday night or you can call in and talk about yours..

*Dallas, under her breath grumbles a little about how some of the fans I know could have written a better ep 11 ;)*

As we all know, there’s no new True Blood episode this Labor Day weekend. The season finale is Sept. 13.

But should we do without True Blood this weekend? Hell, no! Today I’m inviting you to participate in my “Write Your Own True Blood Episode” competition.

Here’s the deal:

Starting now until Sunday at 9 a.m. EST, please use the Comments section below to write a quick summary of the True Blood episode you wish was airing this Sunday, Sept. 6.

All I’d like is a few sentences, sketching the outline of a plot. You can keep it simple: Describe an episode in a way similar to those “log lines” that your cable provider gives you. You know, like, “Bill asks the Vampire Queen for help; Sookie and Lafayette try to save Tara but encounter an angry Maryann” — that sort of thing. (If you want to refresh your memory about last week’s episode, here’s my Watching TV blog on it.)

The key is to describe plot and character elements that fit into the current storyline, that you know would please and amuse show creator Alan Ball, book author Charlaine Harris, and be fun for your fellow fans. It’s your chance to write the imaginary second-to-last episode of Season Two!

If I wrote an episode it would be one long dream and Sookie would just do Eric the whole time.

and Eric all the time.

Tara has gone back to MaryAnn and been taken over by the "black eyes" again. But MaryAnn is tired of Tara, so she has Eggs stab and kill her. Sam is captured to be the ultimate sacrifice. Jason and Andy decide they have to do something and are very angry that Eggs killed Tara, so they shoot Eggs dead.

Bill comes back from New Orleans and tries to bite MaryAnn again and then vomits for the rest of the show (we don't have to watch). MaryAnn goes after Sookie, and Eric comes in to save her. He flies in bringing a sword and he cuts MaryAnn's head off. Even Immortals don't live over having their heads cut off (remember Highlander with the hunky Adrian Paul). This saves Sam and Sookie and the rest of the townspeople. All this takes the first 10 minutes. Eric goes to Sookie and thanks her for being there for Godric's flame out. For the next 50 minutes Sookie and Eric have very erotic sex! The end.

Eric makes Queen Sophie an offer she can’t refuse in exchange for her help in defeating the maenad; Bill’s lies begin to snowball; Sookie stops fighting her attraction to Eric; Lafayette whips up a tasty midnight snack for his fellow black-eyed zombies; MaryAnn’s plans go awry; Jason’s first fangbang

Bill returns, sookie defeats Maryann, Eric wins sookie over, the town people are freed.

In order to save sookie and following the queen's hint, Bill kidnaps Sam and offers it to the goddess himself. She is so pleased with the offering she agrees to give him something in exchange. Believing he can deceive her into thinkig he is the god who comes (to have sex with her) he tries to have sex with Maryann and tells Sam to kill her while she is giving in to a less guarded moment. But sookie sees him and breaks up with him on the spot, killing Maryann in her rage with the awesome power of a jealous ex-girlfriend. Maryann dies and all the town people are freed.
Eric returns to make sookie feel better and they kiss (bonus, he is wearing the pink lycra spandex to make her laugh and be unable to resist his gracious plenty ;) ). Hoyt gets rid of his mother and gets back together with Jessica. Pam eats off Egg's face. Jason and Andy are celebrated by he town like liberators.
Bill, misunderstood and alone, goes back to the queen to report. As the episode ends, we see her ordering him to court sookie for her -yet again...
(dramatic music)

I hope someone sends AB our great ideas. I'm sensing a theme here that he might appreciate, or not. Anyway, I've enjoyed them all.

For some reason, all my ideas end in Eric wearing pink spandex.

Sookie gets past Zombie Lafayette, only to confront Maryann in the hall. Maryann trys to stab Sookie in her chest as Maryann wants Sookie’s heart. But Sookie ducks in time, and takes the blow to her shoulder instead. Enraged, Sookie begins to glow and suddenly has the strength to throw Maryann down the stairs. Bloody and hurt, Sookie flees to Bills house and tries to reach him on his cell. Bill doesn’t pick up as he is too busy convincing Sam to follow his moronic, save-the-day plan. Sookie eyes Eric’s phone number on Bill’s desk and gives it a call. Eric picks up and tells Sookie he’ll be there for her in a minute. In quite literally a minute there is a knock on Bill’s door. (Eric was already flying to Sookie as he sensed her fear.) Sookie answers the door and the smell of Sookie’s blood makes his fangs go out. Sookie tells Eric she needs his help. Eric replies: “So you want me to kill the maenad for you?” Surprised, Sookie says: “No. I’m going to kill the maenad myself, but I need your blood to do it.” Sookie goes on to describe her new, glowy powers and how they can hurt Maryann. Sookie thinks if she is very, very strong, she will be able to kill Maryann. Only Eric’s blood can give her that kind of strength. Eric agrees and they sit on Bill’s couch. About to bite his wrist, Sookie grabs Eric’s arm and says: “I need to know if this will make anything different between us.” Eric honestly answers her question by explaining: “This won’t make much of a difference, but if I ever have your blood, our connection will be much stronger.” Sookie accepts this and begins drinking Eric’s blood and it is incredible. Sookie pulls Eric’s wrist away and their eyes meet for a long moment. Unable to control herself, Sookie throws herself on Eric’s lap, grabs the back of his head, and kisses him long and hard. Eric breaks his mouth away to say: “Yield to me.” Suddenly there is a loud pounding on the door and the episode ends.

Mysteriously everyone snaps out of their haze (think Gran); BT joins together to push Mary Ann out of town; Bill is summoned by the Queen; Eric and Sookie wake up together; Hoyt and Jessica have words; Jason and Hoyt go drinking together like old times; Sam is back at running Merlott’s; Lafayette deals with his demons with the help of Pam; A Mysterious blond hair blue eyed woman appears.

Wow, HeatherHG, I like your story a lot. I think if we combined some of our ideas here, we'd have quite a script. Unfortunately for us, the finale is already shot and probably not going to make us nearly so happy. But hope springs eternal! Maybe we should send some of these ideas to AB for season 3.

Sookie manages to escape Lafayette, and make it downstairs. There she runs into MaryAnn once again. Sookie, unable to use her new found ability to stop MaryAnn, is saved by Jason and Andy, who are attacking from outside of the house. A bullet hits MaryAnn, and she slams Sookie down, telling her to stay put. MaryAnn arrives behind Andy and Jason, and suddenly shoves a knife into Andy's back. Jason quickly fires bullets at MaryAnn, but unable to hurt her. Jason realizes the gun is of no use, and punches MaryAnn in her face. As her fingers touch MaryAnn, the same glowing effect is shown that happened to Sookie when she touched MaryAnn in episode 10. MaryAnn, still curious as to what Sookie/Jason are, knokes him as, and drags him inside to join Sookie(who is also knocked out). Bill arrives at Sam's house, and is trying to convince him to turn himself in. Bill has a plan, but Sam can not bring himself to do it again. Bill, knowing Sookie is in danger, puches Sam in the face(knocking him out as well). Bill picks Sam up, and heads to MaryAnn. Eric and the Queen have some fun, and finally she tells Eric some more about Maenads. Eric and the Queen have a much longer past, and she trusts him more than Bill. Sookie, who is having a dream of Eric again, now has Lafayette in her dream as well. The Lafayette in her dream is Lafayette's mind(which has been replaced with MaryAnn's influence). Sookie and Lafayette are able to speak telepathicaly, because of their bond with Eric, whick also bonds them in a way. Sookie manages to awake Lafayette from behind possesed by MaryAnn. Lafayette, who was outside with Tara and Eggs, runs inside the house. He sees Sookie and Jason on the floor(tied). Lafayette remembers a image of the egg upstairs, and knows of its key role in MaryAnn's ritual. Lafayette runs to detroy the egg, but sees that MaryAnn is already there(doing her shaking thing while holding the egg). MaryAnn does not notice Lafayette, as she is deep in motion. Lafayette realizes he has time, and decides to rescue Sookie and Jason. The three flee from the home. MaryAnn goes downstairs, and sees that the three are gone. Bill arrives, offering Sam in trade for Sookie. MaryAnn agrees, and has Tara and Eggs take Sam. Bill asks for Sookie, but MaryAnn replies saying she is gone. Bill realizes he has made a mstake, and tries to save Sam. MaryAnn easily defeats Bill, and he flees. Bill arrives at his house, where Jessica, Sookie, Jason, and Lafayette are. The five of them try to come up with a plan to ave Sam. Sookie can't believe that Bill actually turned Sam in; Bill says he did it out of love for Sookie. Jason mourns Andy, who was killed by MaryAnn. The five are attacked by an army of MaryAnn's followers. Sookie and Jason are taken, the rest defeated, and left in Bill's home(which is set on fire). Eric and the Queen arrive at Bill's home, and rescue Bill, Jessica, and Lafayette. MaryAnn speaks to Sookie at her house, and explains that she will have Sookie kill Sam. The ritual begins, and Jason must watch as MaryAnn tries to make Sookie murder Sam. Sam tells Sookie that it is okay, and that it is the only way MaryAnn will leave the town. MaryAnn has Hoyt's mother bring her the casserole Maxine made, whick turns out to be something MaryAnn must eat before her God arrives from the egg. MaryAnn takes a lick of the casserole, and starts to shake uncontrollable. Eric, Bill, The Queen, and Jessica attack the ritual gang. MaryAnn turns into her true self, and explodes. Eric explains that he put Fairy blood in Maxine's casserole ealier on, when she was on her way to the ritual. Fairy blood is MaryAnn's greatest weakness. Sookie and Jason both tell of how they would glow when MaryAnn touched them, and the Queen explains that they are related to a Fairy from way back when. The season ends with Jessica leaving with the Queen, Sookie ignoring Bill(because he turned Sam in), Tara and Eggs finally happy, and Eric finally gets a real smooch with Sookie.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Sookie and Lafayette discover that their bond with Eric is deeper than they ever thought; Sam is taken to MaryAnn against his will by Bill; Jason and Andy try an attack on MaryAnn; The Queen tells Eric a easier way to destroy Maenads; Sookie and Jason discover about their past family; And Maxine’s casserole may just win this war for either side.

My fantasy episode would be this:"Maryanne believes sacrificing Sookie is the key to calling the god Dionysus. She holds Sookie’s loved ones, including Sam, hostage to get Sookie to participate as the ultimate party gift. Meanwhile, Eric tries to persuade the Vampire Queen to stop her, leaving a sullen Pam to babysit Arlene’s children. Sookie finds out more about her powers as well as a distant relative who warns her Maryanne isn’t the only dangerous magical being in the night."

Good story, LoveBites, but I'd have Sookie give Eric more than a real smooch! Wink, wink!
