I wonder why the Crawdad' s Family Style Restaurant where Sookie and Sam go is located in Piru, California ?
As you can see from the still here it's located at 3944 and has U Scream Ice Cream shop is right next door !
Well, that is actually Pancho's Place Mexican Food at 3944 Center St , Piru Ca and there really is a U Scream Ice Cream next door.

It's to bad that they didn't find a place in Louisiana to film at. You've got to love that kiss he lays on her though. Wow. Poor Sookie. So many good looking guys, but so little time huh? Thanks for sharing this interesting little tidbit.
