HBO More than just Boxing... It's True Blood!

I'm going to post this so we get a little taste from MALE True Blood fandom , this is from a Boxing site.

~~

For the longest time HBO meant nothing to me except Boxing. I had a subscription to the cable giant for the sole purpose of watching HBO's Boxing events. That all changed this year. It all changed with a new show called "True Blood".

Thanks to "True Blood", I now have another reason to tune into HBO. Here is an excerpt from wikipedia detailing the show: From wikipedia: The show True Blood details the co-existence of vampires and humans in Bon Temps, a fictional small Louisiana town. The series centers on Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress at a bar, who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).

The show is full of fast paced story lines, humor, horror, sex and cliff hanger endings. Since it's September 7th debut, each week has shown an improvement in ratings. HBO has hit gold with this new series. The series finale aired this past Sunday, but HBO has already announced Season Two will start this coming summer.

Anna Paquin of X-men fame is absolutely riveting. Her acting is amongst the best you'll find anywhere on any t.v. show or movie for that matter. Watching her on week to week basis wearing a tight white t-shirt is hot to say the least, and by the time Paquin has her breasts exposed... I was already sold on the show. (Yes, men of great taste... Paquin's fully exposed breasts are shown off in the first season.... and I am telling you, they are beyond perfect!) Might I just say that Paquin's perfect breasts are easily worth a year's subscription to HBO.

The show is amazing, and HBO is promising to put the first Season out on DVD before Season Two starts next summer. I'd love to tell you more about the show, but I want to ruin none of the surprises. If you weren't fortunate to catch Season One on HBO... stay tuned for the DVD release. You want some great entertainment; HBO delivers the goods with this new series. And yes I believe this series will put the Sopranos to sleep with the Fishes.
